After I did my headgasket, I was getting the oil spitting out of that hole in the block. I think what I did wrong was that I attempted to put the oil tube in after I had the manifold and turbo in.
What I did was take the turbo out by itself (with lower tube attached) and then clean up the surfaces real good where the tube mounts (on turbo and hole on block).
Then I put a new o-ring on, and smeared a little bit of locktite (hi temp variety) onto the o-ring, and maneuvered the turbo w/ already attached oil tube back onto the engine/manifold. Now it doesnt leak at all (at least from that particular hole, my main seal IS leaking).
Also, when I got the old o-ring out, half of it had been crushed/melted, I dont know why, I guess the way I torqued it down but that may be why yours is leaking.
