Well, technically, an '89 SPG is a limited edition - IIRC there were under a thousand of them imported.
I think that the "limited Edition" script on the back was some owner or (shudder) dealer modification.
Factory tint was the standard bronze tint that you see on OG 900 windows.
You can't directly tell that it's an O-fishul SPG by the VIN. You have to go through SAAB USA to find that out.
Heck, for $1k, if it's straight, it's probably worth it.
