Get it wet and keep it wet for 5 to 10 min. it should soften it, then you should be able to gently scrape it off with a finger nail or soft scrubber.
Alot depends on if your car paint is in good shape, the traffic paint can't stick as good. If its glossy and waxed its better. Also the longer its there the harder it will be to get off,Probably (but it drys real fast).
If this does not work a solvent is the next step its tricky use without damage to the paint.
