nice little design feature those screws. They are labeled 'one notch', 'two notch', 'three notch', etc. They return to the dash is sequence. Bentley's is good here.
Good luck finding spares, I had trouble, and would ofer any extras but I have none.
The tabs work in concert with the guide tubes. These missing tubes help to guide the long screws into the under side of the dash. They help but are not totally essencial. The tabs do all the holding work, sort of.
Broken tabs are repaired with 'jb weld' or similar. I glue the tubes in place to, as they go thru the tabs. If the tabs are gone, a spare washer works, again with the glue. You will have to 'jig' the washer in place until the glue sets.
This is also a great time to make sure the facia insert is going to stay put on the front of the dash. Re-glue with 24hr black epoxy if needed. Its the only thing I've found that works.
Good luck,
Ed S
