I noticed a significant improvement immediately after I changed over (no flush) and it has remained easy to shift.
I've observed that tire pressure is a MAJOR factor in the ease of shifting.
I had a slow leak in the right front and I could tell when I the
a pressure differental between the tires was > 4psi simply by the way the car shifted.
A seconday cause of snotty shifting is how the car is generally running. I just switched over to silicon lines, sealing a vacuum/boost leak and I could tell a difference in the shifting immediately. As soon as I reset the lambda pulse ratio to 45-55% the shifting improved. Maybe I'm just a sensitive to small changes......
