You can release the mount by removing the large horizontal bolt (bolt head forward). You do not actually remove the mount. Support engine with hoist or jack from beneath. BTW when you have the engine, out inspect the condition of the mount, because, as you might guess, it's a bear to replace with the engine in. Same for upper control arm bushings on that side.
To release the axles, you can undo the hose clamp on the inner axle joint and remove either the upper or lower ball joint bolts to pull the axle away. Before you unbolt the balljoints, place makeshift spacers between the upper control arms and the body to remove spring pressure from the balljoint mounts(I use two old sparkplugs but there are dozens of posts on people's favorite spacers, from large nuts to stacks of washers taped together). If the wheels are already off the ground, a small scissor jack is perfect to jack up the lower control arms enough to get clearance for your spacers. No need to dismantle the outer CVjoints, hubs, etc.
