If you haven't removed the bumpers from the car, start with the rear bumper. On the lower leading edge of the rear bumper, where it meets the side skirt (if you have them) there is a small cap screw that holds the side piece to the bumper, remove these on both sides. Then, lie on your back and look up above where the tail pipe is, you will see 2 bolts, same on the other side of the car, undo all 4 and the bumper is off (I had to swing the tail pipe off its rubber hanger to get at the bolts). With the bumper off, undo all the little cap screws that go through the aluminum backing plate, although I believe thre is no up or down, mark the 'top' of the plate and put it aside. Spread the lips of the bumper casing, mark and remove the other aluminum backing plate. Now, mark and remove the foam and you are done!
The front is similar with side skirt to bumper cap screws, but instead of the 4 bolts there are 2 large head allen bolts that can be accessed from under the bumper. Before you undo these, undo the bolts that hold the grille to the front cross member as the grille is attached to the bumper. Separation of the pieces is the same as you did for the rear. Have fun and good luck.
