I need somebody to look at their wiring harness and tell me whether they have a 3rd wire to the Throttle Position Sensor; and if so, please tell me where it comes from so I can find it. Please look at your harness and help me answer this question. (This is my 3rd posting now, still no solution.)

Throttle position sensor (TPS) is attached to throttle housing (visible from driver's side of engine bay). Switch has 3 terminals; Bentley says 3 wires; ONLY TWO PRESENT. Missing: Wide open throttle wire. Ground and closed position sensor wire are in a black tube (sub-harness) that is one of three subharnesses coming out of a larger bundle that divides just inches from the sensor... other wires to alternator, etc, seem intact. I have cut away shrinkwrap covering the two wires that go to the TPS, but there is no third wire in the subharness. Either it never existed or it came from another location.

The three terminal positions on the switch are as follows: ground is closest to front of car (dark wire); closed throttle sensor is middle position (grey wire); rear-most is wide open throttle connector (per Bentley, wire should be GN/RD.

87 SPG. If it matters, car bears a 2/96 date on the door (??) but a US87 green model year sticker in the engine bay.

Please help. It should take only a minute or so to check, and I greatly appreciate the help.
