I'm sure you could cobble something together but the question is do
you really want to. I've made air temperature measurements around the can and found that it gets pretty hot in stop and go traffic or in the summer. I've elected to run a hose from the can outlet into the left fender well were the temperatures are lower. This is by no means a great solution, just better than the factory location or sucking straight from the engine compartment. When the radiator fans kick on some of the hot air makes it's way into the fender wells. Before you do it I'd recommend probing around with a thermocouple and see how hot it gets. Run the wire back into the cabin so you can monitor the temperatures under different conditions. It will surpise you how hot it gets.
