coolant hoses yes.
maybe a water pump (first timer) or maybe a heater valve (first time) but not both.
Chances are either the water pump or the heater valve could end up an all day affair for your first time. Obviously you want to do all the coolant related stuff at once or else you're draining the system repeatedly.
But it's still cheaper to drain coolant repeatedly rather than to pay the dealer unless you're in upper five figures income or otherwise value your time (winter and no garage makes a big diffo--if you're in Minneapolis it's probably one for the pros!)
I'd replace the coolant hoses and try the heater valve repair first unless the water pump is leaking so bad or is nonfunctional and it MUST be replaced. I don't like coolant on my feet from a leaking heater valve but a leaky pump may last quite awhile.
