Some suggestions...
If your car idled fine before the new O2 sensor, suspect it. Search "O2 sensor" for testing and voltage parameter info. Proper idling before motor is warm points to bad AIC (see below) or O2 (see below).
But first, fix the classic dummy-lube vac. line knock-off syndrome:
The quick-e-lube place probably knocked a vacuum line off your intake manifold when they changed the oil filter, which is kinda tough to get at; should be able to see the little nipple for the hose located on the manifold, & the hose will be dangling down by the filter. Happens frequently. While you're at it, check all the vacuum lines to be sure they're in good condition - not split at their respective attachment points.
O2 problems
If it idled fine before you changed it, then that's most likely the culprit. Does it idle fine before it's warm? This could indicate bad O2, which doesn't come online until after car has warmed up a bit (also indicates bad AIC).
Another possibility
The AIC may be dying: test by running the engine & rapping on AIC with a screwdriver handle. If the idle drops, remove/clean it & put it back on. If the idle drops but after you remove/clean/re-attach it the idle still doesn't work properly, replace the AIC. ($105 @ sobstory.com)
