Need help w/OEM fog light wiring...

Hey, folks, I have an '84 900 S 3-dr. with the factory pre-wiring for fog lights and relay. I got the bumper brackets, fog light dash switch, and relay from an old '82 Turbo in a junkyard. I have installed all these and they fit perfectly. I can hear the relay click on and off when I cycle the fog light switch. I've already picked out my lights, too, but I can't figure out where factory wires go.
My question is: Where are the relay to lamp wires hidden? I looked around the radiator and found two wires tied off (1 red, 1 black) with plug-in bullet connectors, but they don't get any volts when switch is on. Same with white plastic two-wire plug tied off by the passenger side headlight. Ditto with the single red wire (female spade lug connector) in the same location. Where did SAAB hide the wires???
Any light shed on this problem would greatly help. Y'all have been very, very helpful in the past.
TIA,
Micah in NC
