I have two '92s; a 900S coupe and a 900TC. Based on my experience with the TC, check out the cruise control. If it is inop, it may well because the CC ECU has died. The ECUs were frequently bad in the '92s and are quite costly to get replaced. Check out both power seats for full range of operation; seat backs are troubled by failed mechanisms which cause them to move back or forward unevenly (you'll recognize it when you see it) but this can be repaired more easily with tips found on this site. There are certainly lots of turbo related items to check out but these are probably best done by an experienced Saab mechanic.
I recently helped a friend buy a '91TC; she got a great car at a great price; even better than mine. These cars are like women; there are plenty out there which look good a first glimpse but they don't hold up well under close scrutiny; take your time shopping, don't fall for the first one you see, at least not until you've carefully checked out several.
