There are four sunroof drains. Two up front(drain goes to front wheel wells) and two in the back(drain through the trunk). The rears are hard to see(find). Leaves and debris could clog them very easily over time. Some people use coat hangers to clean them out, I prefer compressed air.
Another thing to look for. Does the sunroof seal level with the roof line in the back? It could be the guide shoes(white wedge shaped pieces toward the rear of the roof) are deteriorated or broke. This would allow water to get in even if the drains were clear.
