What ever is wrong, make sure the place picks up the bill. The really worrysome thing here is that after a power reversal, some things may work, but die in the next week or so.
After you get the car working, check EVERYTHING, from seat heaters to window motors to mirrors. Have a mechanic check it out, and send the bill to the lot.
First off, check ALL the fuses. If you're lucky, they blew and saved the $$$ electronics boxes. Fuses aren't designed to protect against that sort of thing, but there's always hoping.
Is the fuel pump running? Any number of relays may have been taken out. The biggest worry is the Engine Control computer - fry that, and you won't get any fuel and the car won't start or run.
If I were in your position, I would have the lot pay to have the car towed to a dealer for checkout, and have them pay for a rental. That's the best of all possible worlds. If they're scumbags, do whatever you can to get the car running, and save all recipts for a small-claims court battle.
Good luck!
