Previously I was getting 24mpg city and 28ish on the highway with my 2.1L 5-speed. On Friday I changed the wires to Bosch Premium and the plugs to Bosch Plat. single tip. On Saturday evening I drove to the Weezer concert in Cleveland. Filled up just before I left town. Afterward I drove around Akron sourrounding area. Ended the trip with 468 miles on the trip clock. Went Sunday afternoon and filled it up, 14.2gal. The fuel light had just come on. Anyway I then found that I was getting just under 33mpg (32.9577) highway. Yea!
This improvement will certianly be noticed during my trip home on Thursday to Florida. Just under 1k miles. (Using 30 gal rather than 36.7; saving about $8 /1k miles)
So I would recommend that everyone look into checking their plugs and wires sometime soon, you never how many more miles you can squeeze from a gal of gas! :-) I am probably going to check the rotor and cap points, possibly sand them a bit before i leave.

Also, on the highway I drive mostly at the same speed (75-80mph ish).
Richard, I hope that my math figures are up since I have my final on Wednesday afternoon!!
