Having dealt with quite a few Incas: Even when they look great they are often bent to some degree. They are relatively 'soft' and bend easily, but are also easily straightened. My current driver has the best looking four out of 30+ - they all needed to be trued. I would calc value by: cost to straighten (1)= $35 , cost for paint by local shop if I do prep = $20, any metal missing from rim edge on outside due to curbing? - This is hard to fix completely unless you can add metal. Lug nuts - the Incas & Soccerball wheels use a special lugnut. Center caps - included and in good shape? I have quite a few poor looking Incas and have thought about 'restoring' several sets - I figure maybe $400-450 per set + shipping. I have not seen what one of the wheel restoration service results look like at $109 per. If there is demand I would consider doing several sets and advertising them in TSN classifieds.
