Well, it's up to you. I haven't seen where it was sitting - if it was in a spot where stuff was likely to have gotten in it (ie, leaves falling from trees landing all over it, pine needles, dirt, etc) I'd take a peek down the holes with a flashlight for good measure, but I don't think it's anything to remove the head over. I knew someone with a Taurus SHO (Yamaha motor) who had a rubber flap get sucked into the engine. The flap was about the size of a quarter... right after it went in the car began making a popping sounds from the exhaust because, we assume, the flap got stuck in an exhaust valve. Against my better judgement, my friend revved the motor, and the popping quit and the tattered, burned, smoking rubber flap shot out the exhaust. (The car had no cats or mufflers, just straight pipes.)
