Christ, George, 1.5 hours? Take a bow, man. I just finished replacing the seal under that pulley this afternoon and it was a royal pain in the ass. Granted it was the first time I did a front crank seal, but Whooo....(shaking head, wiping sweat off brow while nursing beer) Actually everything was straightforward and easy except for undoing the three 10 mm bolts holding the outer pulley onto the harmonic balancer. I'd definitely recommend a low clearance (ultra thin head wrench and half depth socket, as Townsend said he uses) socket, beats a box wrench any day. The townsend technique for breaking the pulley bolt free w/ the starter scared me, so I just used one of my old Lacrosse shafts over a breaker bar, for 3 ft of leverage, no sweat, came free easy (had to hold flywheel stationary though) Good luck and Good tools, bkoeth.
