I'm fiddling about with replacement seat covers at the moment. Only problem is that the 9000 seats I got have a completely different mounting/height adjuster mechanism to the 900 Aero's, and the driver's one has a hole in the side for the lumbar adjustment knob. However, the seat covers - both backrest and bottom squab cusions are identical (at least in the Scottish leather option anyway...). I don't know about velour seats, but the leather ones in mide have a 10mm thick rubber foam sheet actually bonded to the reverse side of the leather, so keep that in mind. The other difference is the seat heater wiring terminal are different between 900's and 9000's, but this is only a minor thing - they all run 12v so it can't be too hard to re-wire if necessary. in Australia, we rarely use the heaters as the temps are so mild.
Have fun - i hope this helps!
