If you mean the one that goes TO the turbo... I have never removed that part alone. Ive done it with an engine outside the car.
It is pretty much underneath every tube and wire on that side of the engine. And its metal so it doesnt flex. If you remove all the turbo intake tubing (easy) you may be able to slide it straight out the front. It is bolted into the block with what I think is called a banjo bolt. Pretty sure its a 17mm, if not then its a 19mm.
Basically you just need to scoot out of the way as many hoses as you can. After you get the bolt out, it helps to drench the hoses and everything on that side of the engine with WD40, especially the rubber tube that runs parallel to it since that will be providing the most friction when you pull it out. Dont forget to replace the gasket on the turbo mounting side. You can get them from sobstory.com for fifty cents.
