Make sure that all of boots on the ducts between the AMM, turbo, and throttle body are tightly clamped and not cracked.
One of your previous posts mentioned that you have a 900T, so I'm assuming that's the car you're talking about.
When it chugs, does the tach reading drop to 0?
It could also be an intermittent problem with the hall effect connector on the distributor or a heat-related problem with the ignitiion amplifier (that usually results in complete ignition dropout, so it's a long shot.)
