A relay controls the automatic power down of the window. It is likely stuck in the power on/window down position. Relay is under rear seat drivers side. Try tapping on it to see if you can get window unstuck. If not, removing wire supplying power should de-energize it and allow window to stay up. If relay won't cooperate, you'll need to replace it.
