Check for leaks again and AMM

Get a propane torch and turn it on(unlit) and direct the gas all along the intake plumbing from the AMM to the intake manifold gasket and the fuel injectors. If you get an idle increase, there is a leak causing the lean, which is beyond the capacity of the O2 sensor to correct.
Then check that the plug connection is clean at the Air Mass Meter. Spray it with some WD-40 or contact cleaner. If that doesn't help, swap in a new AMM with the proper part number and see if that fixes it. Even if the hot wire burn off is OK, the AMM can still be bad.
I am assuming that you cleared the computer codes before the problem reapperared.
