It is not adjustable. :o(
There are a couple of likely culprits. The first is simple - the clutch pedal has worn at the pivot point, causing the once circular hole to become oval (the softer metal of the clutch pedal tends to just give-out over time). This decreases the effective throw of the pedal, and can contribute to shifting issues and early death to the clutch plate. Get a flashlight and poke around down where your feet go to see if the pivot point looks worn...a new pedal, or doing some of the fixes to the pedal noted in some of the other messages on this board are in order if it is worn out (I just drilled out the hole to a larger diameter, fitted a metal tube into the new hole whose inside diameter was the same as the original pin, then reinstalled the whole thing).
The other culprit is clutch wear. If your clutch pedal looks okay, and you're not into doing clutch work yourself, take it into the shop. Otherwise, you can find clutch inspection information in any shop manual.
Good luck! Hope its just the pedal!
