Tap into the pin 13 wire a few inches back from the big connector at the ECU. You want to go into the wire downstream of where the individual leads from each injector merge. I would strip 1/4 in ofr so of insulation and wrap the lead you are adding to it. After verifying proper operation and no unforseen side effects, solder the connection (unplugged from ECU!) and carefully wrap with electrical tape.
