Just took delivery of our 4th Saab. The newest addition to the growing collection is a 89 SPG. Does have some problems, but nothing too bad, I hope. Tranny juice does look a little funny, but will have to look more when it is daylight. Then some dumb ass along the way broke the ignition lock and this was not broke by hand as it sheared the dogs right off the bottom of lock cylinder. At least it was broke off in the run position so could push start it to get from loading dock to house.

Now have M85 T(300K), M85 SPG(130K), M86 900S(250K) and M89 SPG(169K). The 85 T and 86 will be cannabalized for parts come spring (or earlier) or for trading for parts that fit the SPG's or might keep the rust buckets for winter driving.

Wife sez I gotta stop buying these things until I get a garage built! ;o)

Oh yeah, before anyone gets all worked up about me not checking the tranny juice before buying it, 'twas an online purchase and was lead to believe it was real good as far as mechanical condition. We'll see over the next couple of days when I tear into it.
