No need to remove the whole arm. Undo the two bolts and the end bolt and it slides off real easy. Push out the old bush with a vice and some suitable sockets acting as drifts and reverse to put in the new one ( soapy water helps). HOWEVER - I my experience the bolts that hold the alloy bush holder to the body shear with the greatest of ease - take the UTMOST care! My advice (and my procedure in the past) is to remove the wheel and thoroughly heat the alloy bush holder and the reinforced bodywork where the bolt goes with a blowtourch. You may lose some paint on the inner wing but if you shear it flush with the bodywork you will have to remove the engine to drill it out! In my experience the alloy reacts with the steel of the bolt and seizes it too tight for penetrating oils to do anything.
