changing my injector tubes

I've managed to salvage some braided steel injector cables and would love to install them. The only problem is-- they connect to the pressure box with bayonnet bolts instead of the conical, counter-nut type that are stock. Will they cause any pressure difference problem? I have the Bosch CI system. Let me know if any of you have changed something like this. Thanks.
