a vice grip...chances are it will back out nicely.
Of course, you may break several other studs when you try to take the nuts off, but that's life.
My technique is to replace ALL the friendly studs in the head....that way they won't break when you try to retorque them when you put on the exhaust manifold.
Get ARP stainless studs if you can or stock Saab parts are a good choice. The ARP studs are forever, the Saab bits will give you problems in 5-10 years, just like now.
