It's a long bolt that threads into a secured nut. Loosen it then jiggle the engine if needed to slide it out/forward. I'm looking at attempting to replace all my motor mounts. It looks like the easiest way is to lift entire engine like you're doing. Just the front would be easy but that driver side mount looks pretty tough.
