I still suspect that the problem is your switch. Have you tried the passenger window switch in the driver side connector? If you have checked right at the motor and there is power for both up and down, then something is wrong with the motor. There is, in fact, an adjustment plug for the drive axle that if out of whack might cause the motor to jam in one direction only. What I would do as a temp fix, is to unbolt(2 torx?bolts) the window glass from the mechanism and manually pull the window up and tape it up with duct tape. You can't just pull the window regulator up unless you disconnect the motor and its worm gear from the drive mechanism, which means taking out the whole works, unscrewing the motor, pulling up the regulator, putting the motor back on, then only to find that you can't reinstall the regulator mechanism in the door when it is in the up position. aaarrrgghhh.
