I believe this part is OEM only (~$50-$60 - call Saabnet sponsors for the best price) & consists of the rubber portion that screws into the slave cylinder as well as the metal line from the master.
As far as bleeding the slave, you'll need to do it with positive pressure on the brake fluid reservoir - when I researched this topic, I found that vacuum bleed is apparently difficult to do successfully. I had no trouble w/pressure bleed method.
Click on the "more from Hans" link, and look for a recent similar post, which includes a couple URL's on building your own pressure bleeder for just a couple dollars.
