Get a mountbike tire innertube. Cut the tube 1 ft from the valve. Tie a knot in the short section. Put the end of the long section over the resevoir (cap off ;-) ) and clamp with a zip/cable tie. Use a bike pump to pressurize the system and bleed. This worked quit very well, with the pedal giving resistance right at the start of the clutch depress. Now if my slave didn't have a leak it would still be working... can't wait till my new clutch kit gets here!
