Do what bill says and then pull away plastic liner from door, move the window up or down until you see the bottom track of window exposed. There's two (I think) bolts that bolt the bracket with the window to the up-down rail in the door.
Once it's unbolted, you just carefuly lift the window up and slide it out. Pretty easy. Oh, you should pry the rubber bottom window molding out of the door first, use a plastic lever bar, like a sharpened toothbrush handle, so's not to scratch the paint. Or a wide-blade screwdriver with something underneath'll work too - carefully!
The bitchy part's removing the metal bracket from the glass and reinstalling onto the new glass. Lay the new glass over the old, line em up and mark the bracket position with tape or something (or measure). The bracket's held in with a rubber strip. I wet the thing with soapy water, then kinda knocked on it with a mallet & screwdriver, or put it in a vise & rock it, or something similar. Once you get it started, you can muscle it off by hand. Be patient. Putting it on the new glass is easier, line it up & tap it with the mallet till its seated.
good luck.
