What I have been using through all the years is a Saab fuel pump check valve where I took the ball and spring out of it.
One side of it fits in through the banjo eyelet of fuel line and the other end have a 12 by 1.5 mm thread that fits on my fuel pressure gauge nipple.
The Saab P/N for that valve is 8817553 $26.00. But most likely you can steel one from a broken pump and just poke out the checkvalve innards of it if you don't want to destroy a new one.
You can also use a Volvo fuel pump checkvalve but then the threads on the gauge side is gonna be 10 by 1 mm. And you may need an adapter to hook your gauge up.
