I beat it so bad that it needs to be drilled out - nothing left of the socket (and Pat, the ceramic part just falls out once you break the sensor in 1/2 ;).
So, I pulled another turbo exh.elbow off a junker and had them yank the existing o2 sensor. Now, I'm not one to throw money at things but for $20 I could have saved myself about 8 hours of bullsh@t. When I get my old one cleaned out I'm just going to swap exhaust elbows from now on.
Thanks a bunch guys. This was fun. Really, it was good to hear all the solutions and other experiences.
