(very simple, screw in door handle area and a couple at each bottom corner), carefully remove the plastic (make sure you know where it is placed so you can put it back correctly - you don't want to duct water into the car!. Inside the door, you will see 2 rubber bumpers, one towards the back of the window mechanism and one towards the front. Judicious positioning of the window allows access. Just loosen and adjust up or down to stop the window from going up too high. Adjust both, making sure the glass follows the rear window molding, i.e., make sure the window doesn't crab on its way up. You will most likely make more than one adjustment before you are happy and there is no interference on the top rubber 'lip'. Have fun and the fix does remove some wind noise when the top and windows are up.
