I posted yesterday about trying to pull off the knee bolster and how now my speedo and tach doesn't work. (Thanks for the advice, by the way, and I did get it off.) But, here's a complete list (as far as I know) of what doesn't work: fan, horn, speedo, tach, power windows, power roof switch, power mirrors, the parking brake light stays on, as does the brake fluid light (brake fluid level is fine). It was suggested to check out the wires near the driver's side knee bolster bolt. Would all of the above run through that area? I did look at them, but I can't find anything obviously pulled apart. All the fuses are fine. I also don't understand why the speedo wouldn't be working, unless it needs electrical power? Looking through the speaker hole I see that the cable is attached to the gauge. Any other suggestions or should I continue to focus my attention on the wires near that bolster bolt on the driver's side? Thanks for your help.
