Thanks for shop names and help with problem everyone.
The vac lines all appear to be in good shap as far as I can tell. The problem is not canstant so I do not know if this would be from a bad line. Just a guess. The IAC is new and seemed to fix the problem for quite some time. it does not always idle off as it once did. It idles very stable, it just may be at 800 or 2000rpm and anything in between. Throttle and all of that has been cleaned. It does buffet occasionally when under hard accerleration. This is weather dependant and is probably from the plug wires. Will try and clean them as some have suggested. Most everything in the electric area is new from an engine fire. Lots of fun. Line to the turbo cracked and you can guess the rest.
Last thing may have cold start problem. did not start in cold weather last time -few months ago in MD Live in Daytona for few more weeks.
Thanks chris
