Remove whole thing from car.
Heat rubber with torch until it burns on it's own.
Wait for rubber to melt.
Pop out rubber and sleave with screw driver.
Clean mount.
Lube new bushing with dishsoap.
Spend :45 minutes cursing and swearing trying to get the new bushing to slide in without it 'kicking' off to one side. I remember lower a-arm ones were easier than upper.
Rig up a press using a used alternator bolt, some wood, and big washers. Slide bolt through new bushing and housing and through wood. Add washer and nut and tighten. Sweet victory!!!
Reinstall on car.
Good luck!!
