Will it be a year 'round car? Are you itching to have a ragtop?
I've wanted a convertible for years. I also wanted a 900 Turbo. It just so happens I found an SPG to replace my wife's old corolla, then a '94 Commemorative Edition ragtop. I'll tell you this... I got the ragtop b/c I don't have kids yet, and it's a 3rd car. I plan to have my kids begging to drive it when they're 16... It's here for the LONG haul. The SPG will likely rust out in a few years, to be replaced by another C900 or maybe a 9000. Start flaming me guys! I know some of you would never let your SPG's see road salt. Ours is my wife's daily driver.
Ask yourself what would put a bigger smile on your face... In my case, I know when the salt is off the road and I take the convertible out of the garage I'll have a smile from ear to ear.
