I did my own labor but parts were about $300 for a clutch "kit" (includes clutch and slave cylinder) from the stealership. That also included $20 for a clutch tool (yes I got suckered into buying one) and $30 at a local machine shop to resurface the clutchplate.
It took me 3-4 hours to do so I would guess it should take someone who knows what they were doing with the proper tools half that time. They are very accessable in Saabs and just require removal of the black plastic service cover near the front of the car and maybe removal of the airbox and hood. I did the last two steps but it wasn't really nessasary. I don't know where you are but labor around here runs about $60/hr.
By the way this was the first clutch I have ever replaced. It is really easy to do. Still works after 40K miles.
