The pressure bleeders either ezbleed that hooks up to your front tire vave for pressure or the one with the hand pump cost about $40 and are the better way to go. Before I got one, i used the bike inner tube method with a bike pump. Get an old tube and cut it about 6 inches on either side of the valve. Seal one side, either glue together or just clamp the tube between two pieces of flat wood. then stretch the other end over the resevoir opening and fasten it there with a hose clamp. Then pump up the tube so that it swells up (you only want about 15psi). Open the bleeder valves and bleed away. It is somewhat of a pain to have to unclamp the tube every time you need to add brake fluid, but otherwise works fine.
You can also get a spare cap and drill a hole in which to mount a shrader tire valve. Then apply air pressure from a tire or a pump.
