I'm guessing you're thinking of doing it because it's an improvement over the existing vacuum line dash guage? Instead of using an oil pressure guage, why not just get a boost/vac guage and hook that up to the vac line feed? They work rather well. For one thing, since boost pressure rarely tops out at 20psi (with modifications), an oil sender and guage meant to measure in the 60+psi range might not give you an accurate or readable count at such low psi levels. The other concern with drilling into the IC pipe is one more hole in the intake system that might cause a problem. And then there's the location of the sender. Is pre-throttle body the best place to monitor boost levels?
