question about compression bizarreness

Ok... I'm a little stumped...

Last summer, went the mod root... car was amazing. One day, blew main line to IC, since then car got progressively more and more sluggish. Replaced the delivery line to the IC and removed my SPG9 APC.

Erratic boost, poor performance, etc. Did a compression and leakage test back in Nov. 1, 2, and 3 cylinders all at 100psi, 4 was at 80... no sig leakage.

Tested again today because the car was seeming peppier since I put a diff orig APC on before the Nov. test. grabbing stock range of about 11 psi... (with RRFPR, 24# injectors, AID, intake, etc)... not running rich... but very stock boost levels.

Today, still no leakage, yet all the cylinders were 150# across the board. Did the car heal itself?

I'm half tempted to put in my SPG9 APC in again... but am also confused in that I still have no idea what led to the performance drop in the first place. The boost was there, it just wasn't "capitalizing" on it.

A leaking delivery line do this? Backpressure from exhaust?

any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
