help because air in the system only keeps clutch from disengaging. I replaced my clutch ('91 900s) a few weeks ago. Buy the 5 pc turbo kit from eeuroparts.com or sobstory ($160). Also buy a pilot bearing (presses into the flywheel bore, and supports clutch shaft), and the clutch special tool. The turbo kit bolts right on, but you will have to resurface the flywheel if there's a step due to wearing by the old clutch plate. Many people replace the rear engine seal when doing the clutch because it's accessible at that point. However, it is tricky to install if you don't have the special tool to press it in(or I found it so). Hans passed along instructions for making homebuilt version of the tool to me. Do a search here for lots of good info. Also check out http://www.twinsaabs.com and http://www.townsendomports.com for very useful instructions.
Good luck
Jeff
