I have no opinion about adding additional water pump lube. After all, the antifreeze manufacturers formulate their product for its intended use.
I wouldn't be in a hurry to replace the radiator, though. The radiator fouls on both sides, but particularly on the coolant side. When it fouls, you cannot remove as much heat via the radiator as when the radiator was new. Fouling has a surprisingly large effect on heat transfer. You should see a dramatic difference after 150K by using a chemical cleaner like Prestone Super Flush. The detergents and citric acid in the cleaner do a good job of removing a lot of the organic deposits that form on the radiator as the ethylene glycol is exposed to heat over long periods of time. It is mild enough that it won't attack your cooling system components. Give the Super Flush a shot first, following directions on the label. I bet you will agree that it is the best $5 you ever spent!
I would recommend changing the thermostat too, if it's more than 3-4 years old. It only takes about an hour to do.
