did driver side ball-joints......most of the clunk went away, but still a little bit when going over bumps only on the driver side. Someone suggested to look at the a-arm bushings. Like you, they looked fine to me, and I'm living with it for now because the engine has to be removed to do that side. The car is running extremely well with 99k on it (86T), and I don't see the engine being removed any time soon.
