Bought a radioshack auto-range digital mutimeter. Pulled plug off of amm and get 380 ohms or whatever I want when i turn the adj. screw on the side omm. Checked other things and meter works great. When i try to take readings via the o2 sensor-sensor pluged in, car warm and running, red wire(mulit meter) on o2 sensor black wire connection, and blk wire(multimeter) on ground, I get readings that are all over the place. I have read the bentley manual and many other previous posts. Read some previous post to buy a real cheap meter and try it-this fixed his problems. I have tried all the settings on the damn thing, but to no avail. I know that the meter is supposed to be set on dc.
Any help here would be great.
Car runs good, idles from 850-900.
thanks
